Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any applicable laws
- Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Generate content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or violates privacy rights
- Use the Service to create content for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models
- Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage
Reference Images
When uploading reference images, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to use such images. You are solely responsible for ensuring uploaded images comply with applicable laws and do not infringe on third-party rights.
Intellectual Property
Generated Images
You own the images you generate using Flux2 AI. Generated images are provided with commercial usage rights, meaning you may use them for advertising, websites, print, and social media as permitted by local law. However, you remain responsible for ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Service Technology
Flux2 AI, including all AI models, software, technology, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service technology without our express written permission.
Trademarks
"Flux2 AI" and related logos are trademarks of Flux2 AI. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
Pricing and Payments
Subscription Plans
Flux2 AI offers various subscription plans with different credit allocations and features. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected during registration.
Credits
Credits are consumed based on resolution, steps, and batch size. Credits reset monthly with your subscription cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to subsequent billing periods. See our FAQ for credit calculation details.
Refunds
Refund policies vary by plan. Contact our support team to discuss refund options. Enterprise customers may have custom refund terms as specified in their agreement.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance, and existing subscribers will be notified of changes affecting their current plan.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLUX2 AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flux2 AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
Termination
Termination by You
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Service or other users.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid, except as required by applicable law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
